레진빌드업

레진빌드업은 복합레진(composite resin)으로 손상된 치아 형태와 교합을 직접 회복하는 보존적 접착 수복입니다. 삭제량을 최소화하고 당일에 심미·기능을 회복할 수 있어, 치질 보존과 치료 효율이 뛰어납니다.

필수는 아닙니다. 치수(신경)가 살아 있고 통증 검사·방사선 소견이 안정적이면, 신경치료 없이 레진빌드업만으로 보존 치료가 가능합니다. 다만 깊은 우식, 자발통·야간통, 타진·온도 자극에 과민한 경우 등은 신경치료를 고려할 수 있습니다.

현대 복합레진은 미세충전·나노입자 기술로 강도와 마모 저항이 크게 향상되었습니다. 다만 수복 범위가 넓거나 교두를 포함하면 파절 위험이 올라갈 수 있어, 경우에 따라 인레이/오버레이/크라운 등으로 단계적으로 선택합니다. 즉, 적응증과 접착 프로토콜을 지키면 일상 저작에 충분합니다.

교두가 약하거나 범위가 크면 오버레이 등 간접수복으로 전환을 고려합니다.

격리(러버댐) → 우식 제거·프렙 최소화 → 에칭/프라이머/본딩 → 레진 적층(층분할·광중합) → 교합 조정 → 마무리 폴리싱 순으로 진행됩니다. 필요 시 가이드(실리콘 키)나 매트릭스를 사용해 정확한 형태를 재현합니다.

정확한 격리와 접착, 올바른 적층·광중합을 지키면 장기간 안정적으로 사용 가능합니다. 착색·마모가 생기면 연마·부분 보수로 관리가 용이합니다. 이갈이·이악물기가 있으면 나이트가드를 권장합니다.

레진빌드업은 가장 보존적이고 당일 수복이 가능하지만, 범위가 크거나 교두 보호가 필요하면 오버레이로, 치질이 광범위하게 부족하면 크라운으로 단계적으로 전환합니다. 환자 상태·교합·습관을 평가해 최적안을 선택합니다.

레진 수복은 난이도·부위·면수에 따라 비용이 다르며, 대부분 비급여입니다. 정확한 금액은 진단 후 개별 안내드립니다.
